Refund policy

**Return and Exchange Policy**

1. To provide the best shopping guarantee, our store has a return and exchange arrangement.
2. Each item can only be returned or exchanged once.
3. If customers discover any issues with the received items, please initiate a return within 7 days after receiving the products. We will not accept any return or exchange requests after 7 days.

**Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange**

1. Items that have been opened or used but do not have quality issues.
2. Issues related to personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong flavor or personal taste preferences.
3. Damaged items due to customer modification or use.
4. Items received more than 7 days ago.
5. Items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
6. No refunds or returns will be accepted once an order has been successfully placed, except for issues caused by our company.
7. No refunds will be provided for delays caused by supplier shipping or delivery.
8. All gifts and trial-sized products.

**Refund Process**

1. Contact our customer service via Facebook Messenger, Instagram inbox, or email at cs@teabalanze.com. Customers must provide photos or videos of the problematic items within 7 days of notifying our customer service. After our confirmation, the return can proceed. If items are sent before our confirmation, we reserve the right to reject and return the items to customers, and the shipping costs incurred will not be our responsibility.
2. Customers must return the items along with all the original packaging (such as boxes, plastic bags, tags, instruction manuals, etc.) that were included in the shipment.
3. Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs incurred during the return process.

**Out-of-Stock Items and Refund Codes During Returns and Exchanges**

1. We will do our best to provide replacement items, but sometimes due to limited supply, replacements may not be available. If replacements cannot be provided, we will issue store credit or bank transfers for the amount of the purchased items within 7-14 working days after receiving the returned items.
2. We reserve the right to modify the terms of all replacement items without prior notice and the right to refuse replacement requests. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the final decision-making authority.
